I write about how human health is shaped by the larger systems we are woven into: biological, emotional, social, and environmental. Trained in systems biology, and grounded in a lifelong practice of paying attention to the natural world, I explore where science and story meet.

Through Interwoven, I gather essays about resilience, connection, and the quiet patterns running through our lives. I look at the ways landscapes influence our inner weather, the ways our choices echo through living systems, and the ways we adapt, learn, and begin again.

I am especially interested in how shifting ecological and technological conditions are reshaping the habitats we depend on—and what it means to stay healthy within them.

I collect related essays, visual work, and journals at interwovenliving.com.
